目前，我们有兼职和全职职位可供维修技术员的角色。
职责包括:
Android和iOS设备的诊断拆装/测试设备软件操作系统安装维修和更换故障部件完成主管要求的维修工作必要时协助并跟进客户的查询主管安排的其他工作要求:

Phone Repair Specialist
Currently, we have both part-time and full-time positions available for Repair Technician roles.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosis of both Android and iOS devices
- Dismantling and assembling/testing of sets
- Software OS installation
- Repairing and replacement of faulty components/parts
- Complete repairs as requested by supervisor
- Assist and follow-up with customers\' query when necessary
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computer software/hardware
- Willingness to learn and upgrade knowledge/skills to keep up with the latest technology
- Professional presentation and manner
- Organised and meticulous
- Able to work under pressure to deadlines
- Good customer service skills
