The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks\' completion.
Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
- Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
- Liaise, Meeting, Coordination with clients, contractors and supplier.
- Preparation and submission of drawings or documents Main Contractors.
- Able to comprehend Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, design,etc.
- Plan and schedule works with reference to contractual schedules
- Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project\'s status.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years\' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer.
- Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure of meeting timelines.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary from SGD$4000-5000 depends on experience.
