负责阿里巴巴海外数据中心关键设施运营
负责管理关键系统的变更，响应紧急故障并跟踪预防性维护。
负责设施系统的容量管理，包括电源和冷却等。
管理设施系统的可用性风险并推动解决方案
推动和实施项目以提高当前设施系统的容量、效率和可靠性
支持 IT 经理 (IT) 的项目和运营。
支持设计和项目团队进行新站点/数据大厅的建设和调试。
建立性能基准，进行分析，并准备关键设施基础设施运营和维护各个方面的报告
要求
电气、机械或相关领域的工程学学士学位
5年以上大型数据中心关键设施管理经验
对UPS、发电机、冷水机、水泵、冷却塔等机电设备有经验和知识，对上述设备之一有深入了解。
项目管理技能
团队管理经验
良好的安全意识，有推动或协调安全评估或改进项目的经验
精益或改善的知识，有精益/改善活动的经验，以改善工作流程等。
较强的英语和普通话书面和口头沟通能力
高度关注细节以识别风险并推动解决风险
Responsibilities
Responsible for critical facility operation of Alibaba overseadata centers
Responsible for managing the changes on critical systems,responding the emergent failure and tracking preventative maintenances.
Responsible for capacity management of facility systems includingpower and cooling, etc.
Manage availability risk of facility systems and drive theresolution
Drive and implement projects to improve the capacity, efficiencyand reliability of current facility system
Support IT manager (IT) on their project and operations.
Support design and project teams on new site/data-hallconstruction and commissioning.
Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and preparereports on all aspects of the critical facility infrastructure operations andmaintenance
Requirements
Bachelors degree in engineering of electrical, mech or a relatedfield
5+ years of critical facility management experience in large scaledata center
Experience and knowledge of MEP equipment such as UPS, generator,Chiller, Pump, cooling tower, etc, and have deep understanding on one of aboveequipment as expert.
Project management skill
Team management experience
Good safety sense and have experience to drive or coordinate onsafety evaluation or improvement project
Knowledge of Lean or Kaizen, have experience on Lean/Kaizenactivities to improve such as process in work.
Strong written and verbal communication skill in English andmandarin
High attention to detail to identify the risk and drive to resolvethem
