Willing to work on rotational shift: | 7 am to 4 pm, 2 pm to 11 pm & 5 pm to 2 am (Every 2 weeks rotational) |
Candidate Requirement | Job Responsibilities: - Will be involved in managing IT infrastructure support monitoring using various tools
- Review existing technical design documents and be aware of components in scope
- Staff will be required to upkeep , manage / maintain the availability of supported technology
- Staff will be required to work on / troubleshoot basic level ,monitoring alert incidents raised for supported technologies
- Work on project tasks (Service Requests) to enable new services , change / modify existing services based on user requirements
- Manage the IT infrastructure and provide information to requesters about access , batch jobs
- Learn and operate in ITIL framework
- Daily health checks
- Report generation
- Knowledge transfer from L2 and L3 based on scope
- Scheduling maintenance tasks
- Setup and enable real time monitoring
- Incident follow up
- Scheduling periodic patch sets on dev and Production
- Restore
- Call customer to complete/correct DBA requests
- Initiate or update Document procedures
